About the farm
A sheep and goat dairy on Airport Road at Salmo, making sheep and goat cheese and selling pasture-raised lamb, goat and pork alongside honey, quail eggs, wool and goat-milk soap.
Their farmstand is open every day from 8am to 6pm, year round. They also run an eighteen-week full farm subscription and a ten-week bi-weekly cheese CSA, both June to October, and sell at local farmers' markets and the Kootenay Co-op.
